Bright, juicy and expressive, this Ethiopian Wamena 008 is a natural anaerobic lot from high-altitude farms in the 1950–2200m range. Anaerobic fermentation amplifies the fruit character of the Ethiopian heirloom varieties, giving a cup that is vibrant and aromatic without losing balance.

Cupping notes: Floral and fruity, with grape and a juicy body. The acidity is medium and delicate, so the fruit comes through smoothly rather than sharply.
