1. Introduction
Welcome to Espresso House Bahrain . By using our website https://espressohousebh.com and any related services (including online orders, merchandise sales, loyalty programs), you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you don’t agree, please discontinue use.
2. User Responsibilities
- Eligibility: Users must be of legal age in Bahrain (18+), or have parental consent.
- Account Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information upon registration, and to update it promptly.
- Acceptable Use: No unlawful activities, fraudulent behavior, misuse of content, or interference with system operations.
3. Products and Services
- Menu & Availability: Products (coffee, food, merchandise) are subject to change and availability. Prices are displayed on the site or app in Bahraini Dinar (BHD).
- Order Confirmation: Placing an order forms a binding agreement. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders.

4. Payment & Billing
- Payments are processed online in BHD at checkout, via accepted methods (e.g., credit/debit cards).
- You authorize us to charge the stated price (including VAT).
- In case of billing errors or fraudulent charges, contact us immediately to resolve the issue.
5. Shipping, Pick-Up, Returns & Refunds
- Pick-Up Orders: You may pick up at selected locations. Orders not picked up are non-refundable unless we cancel.
- Delivery (if applicable): Delivery fees apply as stated at checkout.
- Returns & Refunds: Food and beverage items are non-refundable unless defective. Merchandise may be returned within 14 days (unused, original packaging) per our Return Policy.
- Faulty or Incorrect Items: Report within 48 hours. We’ll offer a replacement, refund, or voucher.
6. Loyalty Program (“Fika Club”)
- Membership is free. You earn points on eligible purchases, redeemable for rewards.
- Points may expire; details are available in the app.
- Offers are personalized and time-limited; unused offers cannot be retroactively claimed.
- We may share occasional updates via email or app notifications (opt-out available).
7. Intellectual Property
- All website content—logos, designs, text, images—is owned or licensed by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other IP laws.
- You may use content for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
8. Privacy & Data Handling

9. Limitation of Liability
- We strive for accuracy but are not liable for errors in pricing, product descriptions, or availability.
- We’re not responsible for indirect damages (loss of profit, reputation, etc.).
- For defective or incorrect items, our liability is limited to the purchase price or value of a replacement, whichever is lower.
10. Termination & Suspension
- We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these Terms or misuse.
- You can close your account at any time via your profile settings or by contacting us.
11. Changes to Terms
- We may revise these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted with a “Last updated” date.
- Continued use after updates indicates acceptance. If materially worsened, we’ll notify you 14 days in advance and allow account closure.
12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
- Governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain.
- Disputes will be handled first through informal negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, they may be submitted to the competent Bahraini courts.
